Rates for Hall Hire
Hourly Rate:
•Whole Hall £25.00 (not including kitchen)
Party Rate:
•3 Hours £90 (including kitchen)
•4 Hours £115 (including Kitchen)

General Conditions are as follows:
•Minimum hire period 1 hour.
•A returnable deposit of £250.00 is payable
•The PCC reserves the right to vary fees at any time.
•Registered Charities may receive discount.
•Fees for commercial bookings may be negotiated.
History of our Hall
Following a highly successful fund raising campaign including National Lottery Grants, St Mary’s now has a large modern, well equipped Church and Community Hall in the grounds behind the Church. The building was completed in 2007 and has fully accessible facilities making it suitable for use by all age groups.
In 2012 a small, secure children’s play area and covered buggy park was created alongside the hall. This was also funded by a grant from the National Lottery Awards for All scheme together with money raised by the Parish and other users of the Community Hall.
